1. Cancellation by Customer

1.1 Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not been dispatched yet:

  • Email us immediately at info@drivegears.store with your order number
  • Subject line: "Cancellation Request - [Order Number]"
  • We will confirm cancellation within 24 hours

1.2 After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Direct cancellation is not possible
  • You may refuse the package at delivery OR initiate a return after receiving
  • Return shipping charges may apply for change-of-mind cancellations
  • Please refer to our Return Policy for the return process

2. Cancellation Timeline

3. Cancellation by Drive Gears

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Stock Unavailability: If the product is out of stock and we cannot fulfill the order
  • Pricing Errors: If there was an error in the listed price
  • Unserviceable Location: If delivery is not possible to the provided address
  • Payment Issues: If payment verification fails
  • Suspected Fraud: If the order appears fraudulent

In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

4.1 COD Orders

If you cancel a Cash on Delivery order before shipment, no payment has been made, so no refund is required.

4.2 Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days

5. Partial Cancellation

If you ordered multiple items and wish to cancel only some:

  • Contact us immediately with the specific items to cancel
  • Partial cancellation is only possible before dispatch
  • Refund will be processed for the cancelled items only
  • Shipping charges may be recalculated based on remaining order value

6. How to Cancel

  1. Send an email to info@drivegears.store
  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line
  3. Mention the reason for cancellation
  4. If cancelling specific items, list them clearly
  5. Wait for confirmation from our team (within 24 hours)
