1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You may request a return if:

- Products with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Products returned within 7 days of delivery

- Products that have been used, installed, or altered
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by customer
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide Details: Include photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable)
- Get Approval: Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (within 24-48 hours)
- Ship the Product: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product
- Receive Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed
4. Return Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Products: Return shipping is FREE. We will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of Mind: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

7. Refund Amount

8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Refund will be processed for the returned item
9. Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged during shipping:
- Do not accept visibly damaged packages
- If damage is found after opening, take photos immediately
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost
