We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

  • Parts or accessories are missing

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Return

  • Products in unused, original condition
  • Products with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • Products returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged or defective products (with photo evidence)

2.2 Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by customer
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@drivegears.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Provide Details: Include photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable)
  3. Get Approval: Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (within 24-48 hours)
  4. Ship the Product: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product
  5. Receive Refund: After inspection, your refund will be processed

4. Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Products: Return shipping is FREE. We will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days to verify the return reason and product condition.

7. Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Product price + original shipping (if we shipped wrong/defective item)
  • Product Refund Only: Product price (if returning due to change of mind)
  • Partial Refund: May apply if product is returned in used or damaged condition

8. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or variant:

  1. Initiate a return for the original product
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. Refund will be processed for the returned item

9. Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged during shipping:

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages
  • If damage is found after opening, take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost
