Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping details, and place your order. You'll receive an order confirmation via email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Additional payment options like UPI and online payments will be available soon.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 18% GST. You can see the GST breakdown at checkout.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are possible only before dispatch. Please contact us immediately at info@drivegears.store with your order number and requested changes.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-10 business days for other locations. Remote areas may take up to 14 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 have a shipping charge of ₹49.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order on our Track Order page using your order number. You'll also receive tracking updates via email and SMS.

Do you deliver to my PIN code?

We deliver to most PIN codes across India. Your PIN code will be validated during checkout. If it's not serviceable, you'll be notified before placing the order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or don't match the description. Products must be in unused, original condition. See our full Return Policy for details.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are transferred to your bank account via NEFT/IMPS.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order for free before it's shipped. Once shipped, you'll need to refuse delivery or return the product after receiving it. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
