How to File a Grievance

Resolution Timeline

We are committed to resolving your grievances in a timely manner:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of receiving your complaint
  • Initial Response: Within 48 hours with preliminary findings or clarification requests
  • Resolution: Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the grievance
  • Complex Cases: If additional time is required, you will be informed with an estimated resolution date
