1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Our logistics partners include Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, and other reliable courier services.

During checkout, your PIN code will be validated to ensure serviceability. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified before order placement.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location:

Tier 2 Cities 5-7 business days
Other Locations 7-10 business days
Remote/Northeast Areas 10-14 business days

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it through:

  • Our Track Order page using your order number
  • The tracking link sent via email/SMS
  • The courier partner's website using the tracking number

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails after all attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
  • For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready during delivery

7. Address Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please provide:

  • Complete address with house/flat number, building name, street
  • Nearby landmark for easier location
  • Correct 6-digit PIN code
  • Active mobile number for delivery updates

8. Delays and Issues

Delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • National holidays or regional festivals
  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient unavailability

In case of significant delays (beyond 14 business days), please contact our support team.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or items are missing:

  • Do not accept visibly damaged packages during delivery
  • If damage is discovered after opening, take photos immediately
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@drivegears.store
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate

10. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future.
